Sealed Proposals from qualified firms to complete a control system update of the City's drinking water treatment plant to meet the City's needs. Sealed Proposals for this service will be received by the City of Smithville, Missouri, at City Hall at 107 West Main Street, Smithville, MO 64089, until 2:00 PM local time on May 12, 2026.

Specifications for the control system update are set forth in the RFP and attached Exhibit(s).
INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS:
1. Proposals must be addressed to Rick Welch, 107 W. Main Street, Smithville, Missouri 64089 and be received before 2 PM local time on May 12, 2026.
2. Copies of the contract documents may be obtained for a non-refundable fee from Drexel Technologies on-line at www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution plan room, additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com. Contractors desiring the contract documents for use in preparing bids may also obtain a set of such documents from Drexel Technologies, 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related chargs. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc.
3. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
4. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
