Upcoming Projects - Spring/Summer 2026

  • Ok Railroad Trail - awarded to EPIC Concrete Construction - Project will begin Spring 2026.
  • River Crossing - To install 12" water main under the Little Platte River - Awarded to Menke Excavation - Construction to begin Spring 2026
  • Smith's Fork Force Main - Awarded to Menke Excavation - Construction to begin Spring 2026
  • 2025 Street Maintenance Program - Commercial Avenue – Awarded to Asphaltic Surfaces. With the Commercial Sidewalk project delayed, the overlay of the Commercial Avenue will be completed Spring / Summer 2026.
  • Forest Oaks Improvements Project - Bid awarded to Asphaltic Surfaces - Construction will begin summer 2026
  • Sidewalk Replacement Program (Forest Oaks) - The City sent letters to residents in February. Construction will begin summer 2026
Other Projects:
  • Dundee Rd Stormwater Improvements – under design, construction rescheduled to 2027.
  • 169/Richardson Signal - MODOT Cost Share application has been approved. City will begin design phase.
  • Stonebridge Pump Station - Replace Daycare Pump station and the existing Stonebridge Pump Station with a new, larger Stonebridge Pump Station.
