Upcoming Projects - Spring/Summer 2026

  • Forest Oaks Improvements Project - Bid awarded to Asphaltic Surfaces - Construction will begin in July 2026
  • Sidewalk Replacement Program (Forest Oaks) - The City sent letters to residents in February. Construction will begin in July 2026
  • Forest Oaks Mill and Overlay - scheduled for the week of July 27, 2026.
Other Projects:
  • Dundee Rd Stormwater Improvements – under design, construction rescheduled to 2027.
  • 169/Richardson Signal - MODOT Cost Share application has been approved. City will begin design phase in summer of 2027.
  • Stonebridge Pump Station - Replace Daycare Pump station and the existing Stonebridge Pump Station with a new, larger Stonebridge Pump Station. Final design to be completed Spring / Summer 2026.
