  • Raintree Ln Waterline Replacement: Bid has been awarded to Menke Excavating. 

Additional Projects 
  • Dundee Rd Improvements – Under design, construction rescheduled to 2027. Easements sent to residents at the end of September 2026.
  • 169/Richardson Signal - MODOT Cost Share application has been approved. City will begin design phase in summer of 2026.
  • Stonebridge Pump Station - Replace Daycare Pump station and the existing Stonebridge Pump Station with a new, larger Stonebridge Pump Station. Final design to be completed Summer 2026.
