“26-11 – Audit Services” along with the Firm’s name

  • One original and 2 copies of your Technical Qualification
  • One original and 2 copies of your Cost Proposal (separate sealed packet)
  • Electronic copy of Technical Qualification and Cost Proposal
  • Affidavit of Compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program
  • Copy of your E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
