The City of Smithville is committed to providing timely, accurate, and reliable communication to our utility customers. To help us keep you informed, we ask that you ensure the phone number and email address associated with your utility account are current and up to date.

Maintaining accurate contact information allows the City to notify residents about important utility-related matters, including:

  • Utility payment reminders
  • Unusually high water usage notifications that may indicate a leak or other issue
  • Emergency utility alerts, such as boil water advisories, service interruptions, and other urgent notifications that may affect your utility service.
